MY METHOD
Finding the right counsellor is important and I know how difficult this can be.
I am an interactive counsellor that means being able to adapt to my clients.
1. Family/Systemic therapy
Family therapy, also referred to as systemic therapy, is an approach that works with families and those who are in close relationships to encourage understanding and where necessary to change interaction or perception.
Psychoanalytic therapy is a form of in-depth talk therapy that aims to bring unconscious or deeply buried thoughts and feelings to the conscious mind so that repressed experiences and emotions, often from childhood, can be brought to the surface and examined.
